Booking & Refund Policy
We want every booking experience to be fair and transparent. Here's what you can expect when you use our platform:
Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Starting a payment does not guarantee a spot until your booking is successfully confirmed by us.
If a payment is received in time and space is still available, your booking will be completed as normal. However, if a technical issue, delayed payment notification, or any other processing error prevents us from completing your booking, and the spot can no longer be secured, we will issue a full refund of the total amount paid, including any applicable fees.
Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
